Problem is that i have a wireless controller, and i have a chargeable pack that has a wire to plug in the xbox360. i try that and nothing comes up.

One detail I forgot to mention was that his xbox doesn’t turn on the same way as an ordianry xbox does. It leads to a windows tabs and he has movie download onto his xbox.
